Here’s a clear and customer-friendly Return & Refund Policy you can use for your Shopify clothing store.

Return & Refund Policy

At [King of the ops clothing co], we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached (if applicable)
  • Be in their original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging when possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged through normal wear or misuse

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

We currently exchange items only for a different size or if the item arrives damaged or defective. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your clothing brand is print-on-demand or made to order,  I can also provide a version of this policy that limits returns for buyer’s remorse while still covering damaged or incorrect items.
